Everyone loves the idea of snow until you have a journey to make and you can’t see the ground for the white stuff.

The novelty of snowmen, sledging and snowball fights soon wears off when you’re trying to get to work whilst the ground is coated in ice and sludge, so you might need a car that can take on the challenge of getting you to your destination in these conditions.

Plenty of ground clearance and the availability of four-wheel drive makes it a sensible choice when the weather turns. Although the four-wheel drive is only available with the 113bhp Blue dCi 115 diesel engine but with 192lb ft of torque which is more than enough to help pull you out of sticky situations that come with driving in the snow.
